Fleet Assist started as a solution to problems encountered when managing our own fleet, in a time when spreadsheets and paperwork were the norm.

We moved our scheduling and maintenance records online, where they could be updated from anywhere by anyone. Since then, we have continued to develop, innovate, and improve. We quickly found that there was an opportunity with the system we built, and took on the responsibility of managing the fleet of Brinks Canada, nation-wide. With each customer added to Fleet Assist, we have worked to find new and exciting solutions tailored to their unique challenges.

Fleet Assist is more than a fleet management system. Our staff of skilled Fleet Coordinators leverage the experience of a parent company, Carrier Centers, that has been in the trucking industry for over 50 years. We have a foundation of relationships with vendors across the country and the expertise to find a solution to any problem encountered in a fleet.

Track the maintenance schedule of any type of equipment with custom parameters and automated notifications.
Stay compliant with the MOT/DOT with scheduled inspections and easy electronic storage of unit records.
With Geotab, you have a leading-edge solution for electronic logging devices (ELDs).

Support

Includes all features of the Compliance service level.
Our Fleet Coordinator team can work with vendors to schedule repairs and manage each step along the way.
Assess and recommend programs and procedures to improve efficiency and maximize equipment life.
With Geotab, you have access to real-time location and unit characteristics.

Management

Includes all features of the Compliance and Support service levels.
Fleet Coordinators can approve invoices for payments and provide POs.
Each invoice is input into Fleet Assist with the full details of the repair, encoded using the Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards (VMRS) system.
All work is reviewed for recovery opportunities, including warranty and competitive pricing.
With Geotab, repair processes can begin quicker than ever with fault code reporting and real-time location data, reducing downtime overall.
